All products on the website are available and in stock. All orders are shipped from our office within 72 business hours (Monday to Friday) following your order. if your order is placed on Friday or during the weekend, it will be processed on Monday. The indicated delivery time is the deadlines announced by our carriers, in working days.
We kindly asked to refuse a damaged parcel (packaging with visible signs of deterioration). Our parcel leaves the office in perfect condition and must be delivered to you in this state. If a damage package has been left in your mailbox or a third party has received it, the package is considered “accepted as is”. If “no reservation” has been issued, we will not be able to take your claim into account.
Our parcel is shipped by So Colissimo from La Poste in 2 to 5 working days. It is delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order form. It is important to be clear on the delivery address. The delivery is from Monday to Saturday.

All returned items will be examined. They must be new, unused and in their original state. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be taken and will be returned to you.
